Diocesan Leader
Catholic Marriage Preparation
Witness to Love is provides Church leaders with the tools to transform existing programs of marriage preparation and formation into wellsprings of dynamic marriage discipleship, fostering both parish connection and authentic accompaniment before and after the wedding day. This is a two-for-one evangelization process that not only renews the outcomes of marriage preparation but also challenges the standard approach to marriage formation offered by the Church.

The Witness to Love difference
The vital importance of Witness to Love couples being able to choose their own mentor couple lies in fostering a sense of comfort, trust, and relatability within the mentorship dynamic. By allowing couples to select mentors who resonate with their values, experiences, and personalities, the mentorship process becomes more authentic, effective, and supportive.
This personalized approach empowers couples to form deeper connections, openly address challenges, and receive guidance tailored to their unique circumstances, ultimately enhancing the success and impact of the mentorship journey.
Step 2
Purchase a Witness to Love Certification Course to become familiar with the process and content you will be bringing to parishes in your diocese.
Step 3
Begin by piloting Witness to Love in 3–10 parishes and gather feedback from parish leaders. We can help you discern if and when a diocesan wide training is the right next step.

Step 4
For parishes not yet ready to implement Witness to Love, engaged couples can participate in our Hybrid Experience. This option provides flexibility while still preserving the value of in person mentorship and virtue formation.
Our trained coaches work remotely with your engaged couples and their chosen mentors during this transitional stage, ensuring no couple is left without support.
Step 5
As your diocese moves toward full adoption, Witness to Love will support you in reviewing marriage preparation guidelines, retreat outlines, and diocesan resources. Together, we will ensure a collaborative and customized approach that reflects the unique needs of your parishes.
