Witness to Love App FAQ
Is the app only accessible via smartphone?
No. Users may access the app from a computer, phone or tablet
I am unable to Log in on the app.
Each user must create a new account. If you have an existing Witness to Love account on our website, it does not cross over to the app.
What if I receive the message ‘You are not authorized to view this content. Contact the organization’?
Did user use parish invitation link to download the app?
Note: Please do not download the Witness to Love app directly from the App Store. There will not be any content to view. Please use the parish specific invitation link you were given to download the app.
What if I receive the message ‘You are not authorized to view this content’ when using the invitation link?
Be sure to ‘connect to the organization’ by selecting ‘Gain Access’ in each collection prior to accessing the content.
